Registration Manager for conventional and biological plant protection products (m/f/d)

For more than 25 years RIFCON GmbH is an independent scientific consulting company offering comprehensive professional services for the registration of synthetic and biological plant protection products. Our head office is located in Hirschberg near Heidelberg in Germany. About 200 employees offer services ranging from complete EU registration packages, general consultancy work to sophisticated GLP field studies and various combinations of these elements. Furthermore, we offer environmental planning and environmental monitoring including eDNA services.

For our Registration Management team located in Hirschberg or Ludwigshafen / Germany we are looking for an experienced Registration Manager (m/f/d) in full-time or part-time (80% min.).

Development of registration strategies to support our clients in regulatory affairs
Preparation of EU active substance dossiers and zonal product submissions according to Regulation (EC) 1107/2009 in close collaboration with the technical experts of the single sections
Project management for biopesticide products for the intended approval in the EU and beyond
Management of projects on biostimulants and fertilizers according to Regulation (EU) 2019/1009 and national requirements
Task Force management
Data gap analysis
Close cooperation with our clients, external and internal stakeholders
Communication with European and national authorities

You convince us with

At least 3 years of professional experience in regulatory affairs (plant protection or biocides preferred, cosmetics or pharma of advantage)
Professional experience (industry, consultancy, or authority) in one of the relevant technical areas of plant protection product registration is of advantage
Technical and regulatory experience with micro-organism-based products is an asset
Scientific background (Biologist / Chemist / Agriculturist / Biotechnologist or equivalent discipline)
Experience in project management
Excellent communication and team player skills
Very good level of written and spoken English, other language skills are advantageous
